Through networking and searching for Dj's for the night, I experienced for the first time, dealing with agents. Probably one of the most stressful experiences so far. 

I had to consider things for the Dj that didn't even cross my mind before. For example:

• Drink rider
• Transportation 
• Accommodation
• Technical rider

Mint Club 

Hire Fee £500 - 550 capacity 

A few considerations have been noted prior to checking the locations:

• Average door count
• Negotiations with hire fee
• Till float
• Drink deals 
• Open - close
• Promotional assistance
• Mint contribution to the act

I discussed these quires with the manage himself in person.

I also took a look around the venue to get a brief idea of Brand Decor placement. There are a few cable ties already in the venue as well as a projector which will be usefull for creating motion graphics of the brand & DJ's playing. Below is the footage I took to when I was there to help prepare for the launches set up.
