“This role would include recruiting and managing your own team of promoters, actively planning future events, networking with other brands/venues/companies and all the other things you could expect to do. 

The way you can turn this into making money, would be through successfully recruiting staff who earn you commission from their sales. Any work on the night of the event would be paid hourly. The idea being, the more successful the event is, the more money you will make.”
